Michael E. "Doc Mike" Mull, DVM. 58, of Bellevue, died Sunday, June 12, 2022, at his home.

He was born June 6, 1964, in Wauseon, to Richard C. and MaryAnn (Tedrow) Mull. He graduated from Wauseon High School and furthered his education at The Ohio State University, earning his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree. While practicing as a large animal vet, Doc Mike had a special interest in swine.

An animal and family man, he enjoyed raising swine, maintaining the woods and watching all the wildlife there, and spending time with his family, especially family vacations. He was devoted to his family and friends, including his work family and client family from York Animal Hospital.

He married Jean M. Murphy Mull, DVM, on Aug. 11, 1990, and she survives in Bellevue. He is also survived by two sons, Corvin "Cory" Mull and Kaden Mull, both of Bellevue; parents, Richard and MaryAnn Mull of Wauseon; two siblings: Peggy (Roger Fickle) Dopp and John Mull, both of Wauseon; friends, Ron (Dawn) Kauffman of Wauseon, Mike (Karen) Schneider of Whitehouse, Dave (Chris) Branstadt of New York, Scott (Donna) Pendleton of Cadiz, Samantha (Josh) Smith of Dearfield, and Nikki Murphy of Bellevue; and many extended family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Corvin and Helen Mull and Wave and Julia Tedrow; and friend, Louie Weber.

His family is grateful for the support and care given to them from their York Family.

A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
