Michael G. "Mike" White, 75, of Huron, passed away late Sunday morning, Aug. 14, 2022, at University Hospitals of Cleveland, after a battle with esophageal cancer.

He was a 1964 graduate of St. Mary's High School and later attended John Carroll University in Cleveland. Mike worked at Delphi Inc. for nearly 40 years as a tool and die maker before retiring.
He enjoyed spending time with his kids and grandkids and attending their many sporting and other social activities. He loved to golf and was a member of several golf leagues over the years and also went on many golf outings, with his buddies, to Myrtle Beach. Mike achieved the ultimate accomplishment in golfing by having a hole-in-one on #15 at Thunderbird Golf Course (South). Mike was a life-long member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, member of U.A.W. Local # 913, Sons of the American Legion Post # 83, and the C.H.S.A.F. (Catholic High School Athletic Federation) and past president.

(Kopp) White, whom he married Sept. 2, 1967; two sons, Jeff (Joyce) White of Lorain and Brian (Mary) White of Raleigh, North Carolina; daughter, Maureen (Mike) Burger of Willard; 10 grandchildren, Jeremy, Jason, Joey, Ethan, Ross, Evan, Emma Kate, Easton, Natalie, and Jonathan; brother, Bob (Mary) White of Ghanna, Ohio; two sisters, Connie (Fred) Rockwell of Milan and Terrie (Bill) Ehrnsberger of Port Clinton; and nieces and nephews.
Mike was preceded in death by his parents; brother-in-law, Mike Capizzi; and two sisters-in-law, Lisa Johnson and Barb White.
