Olga Ruth Heuser, a cherished sister, aunt, and friend, was called to her heavenly home Friday, December 5, 2025, after a recent illness. Born October 17, 1951, in Sandusky, Olga's life was a testament to her unwavering faith, her boundless love for her family, and her deep compassion for all of God's creatures.

Olga's siblings, Fred (Denise) Seward, Betty (Steve) Prout, Florence (Butch) Case, Doris (Ernie) Wolery, and Albert Heuser, will forever remember her loving and friendly spirit, which brought so much joy to their lives. Though Olga never had children of her own, she poured her maternal love into her nieces and nephews, whom she adopted as her own.

Olga was a proud graduate of Perkins High School and continued her education at EHOVE. Her professional life was marked by dedication and service, as she worked with Scott Paper, Goodwill, and Meijer in Sandusky, contributing to her community and forming lifelong friendships.

Olga lived a life of love and devotion to God and everyone she encountered. Her involvement with St. John's United Church of Christ was profound, as her voice graced the church choir and her hands worked tirelessly on numerous mission trips.

Olga's passion for animals was undeniable. Every dog, cat, or cow that was fortunate enough to cross her path was embraced with open arms and an open heart, as Olga saw the beauty and innocence in all of God's creations. She was also an artist in her own right, her hands skillfully crocheting blankets, potholders, and various gifts that brought warmth and comfort to friends and family alike.

Olga has chosen cremation, which will be performed by Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, located at 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky. Her Celebration of Life will take place in April 2026.

Olga will be remembered as a creative soul whose loving and friendly nature touched the lives of all who knew her. Her legacy of kindness, generosity, and unwavering faith will continue to inspire those she has left behind. As we bid farewell to Olga Ruth Heuser, we celebrate a life beautifully lived and a journey completed in the loving embrace of the Lord. Her memory will forever be a blessing to us all.
