Patricia A. (Scheck) DaGiau, 75, died Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2022, after a short illness.
Patricia was born April 18, 1947.
She is survived by her son, Jeffrey DaGiau; daughter, Rebecca (Dustin) Ruth; two sisters, Sandra (Tony) Bartzen and Donna (Rosario) Barone; six grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, John L. DaGiau; father, Richard J. Scheck; mother, Enid Rose (Mantey) Scheck; and sister, Barbara, in infancy.
At her request, there will be no viewing.
Remembrances may be made to your favorite charity.

Pat gave us a key to her place here on the lake. We would often check on the cottage, help move packages into her place, help get the boat out and just keep an eye on things. I am grateful that there is a lovely young lady now living there and keeping her place welcoming and vibrant.

Several times when Pat and Jim where on Campau Lake for the summer, we would go to Leo's Coney Island for chicken rice soup and a Greek salad. I remember one year, when she and Jim were back in Florida, we attended a Super Bowl Party at her place. It ended up being 47 degrees! We thought it would be nice and warm there. We had fun anyway.

Pat spent her summers just up the street from us and we spent many times together; coffee, lunch, boating. She loved having her grandchildren visit and spend time on the lake. We visited her and her friend, Jim, in Florida on our trips south. I will miss her. Condolences to Becky, Jeff and her grandkids.
