Paul A. Parker Sr., 83, residing in Millbury, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2024, at Vibrant Life Senior Living in Temperance, Michigan after a brief illness.
Paul was born Aug. 29, 1940, in Plymouth, to Arthur W. and Eileen. (Dedinger) Parker. He worked as a custodian at Willard City Schools for over 25 years. In his spare time, Paul enjoyed fishing and woodworking.
Paul is survived by his children, Paul A. (Kathy) Parker Jr. of Heaters, West Virginia, Jack Parker of Norwalk, and Michael (Erin) Parker of Menafee, California; stepson, Mark (Mary) Reilly of Sacramento, California; grandchildren, Kiersten (Brad) Case of Delta, Kayla (Julian) Guzman of Millbury, Christopher Parker of Heaters, West Virginia, and Steven (Megan) Parker of Gassaway, West Virginia; six great-grandchildren; two sisters, Millie Meade and Wilma Schuh, both of Norwalk; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Arlene J. (Fackler) Parker in 2022; daughter, Penny Wright in 2021; and siblings, Jack Parker, Luella Garcia, Peggy Parker, and Rose Wireman.
Visitation for friends will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 3, 2024, until the time of Paul's funeral at 11 a.m. at Meadow Green Funeral Home & Cemetery, 2602 Bogart Rd., Huron, Ohio, 44839, with Pastor Wally Gilbert presiding. Entombment will follow at Meadow Green Memorial Park, Huron.
