Raymond Payne Obituary

Ft Myers
Raymond C. Payne, formerly from Sandusky Ohio and residing in Ft Myers Florida, passed away in the early morning on November 1, 2022 at Hope Hospice. He was 89 years old.
Ray graduated from Sandusky High School, attended Bowling Green State University and was a US Air Force veteran. He enjoyed golf, boating, entertaining, limericks, travel, and spending time with family. He retired from his systems analyst job in 1990.
Ray is predeceased by his parents, James Russell and Florence (Troike) Payne; a brother James; and a sister Marian, and his daughter Debra.
He is survived by his wife Edith; two brothers, Norman and Allen; children, Thomas and Jodi; six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, plus nieces, nephews, and step children.
His ashes will be buried at Oakland Cemetery in Sandusky at a later date.
