Ronald Gene Meyers, Sr. was a beloved husband, father, uncle, brother, grandfather, great-grandfather, business partner, and cherished friend. Ron was a very special and unique man born March 30, 1937, in Norwalk, Ohio. He passed away peacefully Saturday, May 10, 2025, in Bluffton, South Carolina.

For 68 years, Ron was a devoted husband to his one true love, Judy Meyers, who preceded him in death by just six months. Together, Ron and Judy saw the world, raised their four children, and lifted themselves into a new way of life. Their children, Ron Jr. (Suzette), Robyn, Kelly (Perry), and Kevin (Jeanine), were Ron's greatest accomplishment! Through them, Ron enjoyed his grandchildren, Ron III, Ashley (Tanner), Meghan (Scott), Corey (Mackenzie), David, Jenna, and Judianna; as well as great-grands, Hunter, Ethan, and Cameron. Ron loved being a cherished uncle to Marylee Richey, Mark Meyers, Jeffrey Meyers, and Amy Matthias. Ron is survived by his brother, Tommy Meyers; and sister-in-law, Donna Richey; as well as a few dear friends in both Ohio and Florida.

After Hurricane Ian devastated their home and business on Sanibel Island, in 2022, Ron and Judy moved to South Carolina. Although Ron missed his poker nights and tennis matches, he found great solace in the care and love of his wonderful children and extended family.

Ron was known for his keen business mind and sense of adventure. His legacy is that of teaching his family what hard work, determination, and what the value of a dollar really looks like. A celebration of life was held at his home to honor his memory.

Ron Meyers Sr., will be deeply missed. While physically gone, he will zealously live on within each of our hearts, never to be forgotten!
