Shirley A Dymond, 83, passed away from this world into the presence of the ONE in whose name she placed such trust Monday, Nov. 13, 2023, in Lodi, California.

Shirley was born March 14, 1940, in Vinton County to Lloyd Canode and Jane (Wise) Canode. At an early age, the family moved to Bellevue where she graduated from Bellevue Central High School in 1959. Shirley was an avid doll maker, collector, and enjoyed crafts and giving them to loved ones and friends.

She retired from nursing in 2005, working as a LPN/LVN for over 30 years. Shirley enjoyed traveling and spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

She will be deeply missed by her children, Tamra Murphy of Mather, California, Brian Dymond of Galt, California, Kimberly Majernik of Lodi, California, Cheryl Buchanan of Galt, CA, and Randy Dymond of Oak Harbor, Washington; 13 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and brother-in-law, Ron Dymond of Puyallup, Washington.

Shirley was preceded in death by her husband of 38 years, Keith Dymond.

Visitation for family and friends will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 2, 2023, until the time of Shirley's funeral at 11 a.m. at Foos and Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue. Burial will follow at Bellevue Cemetery.
