Sue Ann (Burkett) Proctor, 71, of Norwalk, passed away Saturday, November 22, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family.
A Celebration of her life has been planned from 2-5 p.m. Sunday, April 26, 2026, at Norwalk Eagles Club.
Any donations can be made to Believe Stroke Recovery Foundation to help families of surviving stroke patients.
