Susanne Marie (Lysinger) Bango, 84, of Sandusky, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2024, at Providence Care Center after a brief illness.
She was born May 21, 1940, in Shelby to George Lysinger and Mary (Brown) Faber.
Susanne attended Port Clinton High School and worked most of her life as a nurse's aide. In her spare time she enjoyed shopping, going to church, and lunch with her friends.
Susanne is survived by her daughter, Faith (Gary) Orman of Sandusky; sister, Roberta Faber; special daughter, Denise (Mike) Eaton; niece, Mary (Steve) Stine; grandsons, Brad (Kristy Hasenmiere) Orman, Sean (Koren) Orman, and Adam (Nicole) Orman; great-grandchildren, Aydin Orman, Braylin Orman, Ceiley Orman, Lucas Orman, Zak Orman, Chloe Orman, Noah Orman, Josephine Orman, Asher Orman, and Heather, Jessica, Nicky, Cory, and Brad.
In addition to her parents, Susanne was preceded in death by her husband, Donald; son, Pat Brown; aunt, Marget Tayler; and uncles, Dan and Jim Brown.
Visitation will be from 4-7 pm Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2024, at Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky, and from 10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2024, at the funeral home until services at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Oakland Cemetery, Sandusky.
