Theodore L. Buchholz, 68, residing in Sandusky, passed away Wednesday, April 3, 2024.
Theodore was born July 8, 1955, in Jacksonville Twp., North Carolina, to Lawrence and Miriam (Stever) Jenks Jr., who preceded him in death.
Theodore graduated from Margaretta High School. He was a veteran of U.S. Marines who proudly served his country from April 1, 1975 to March 27, 1981. He was employed as a lead press man at Folding Box Co. and loved to work at the State Theater for many years. Theodore was a member of AMVETS Post 17. In his spare time, he loved to bike for miles and miles.
Theodore is survived by his children, Carolyn Cogar of Bradenton, Florida, Andria Cogar of Sandusky, Paul Buchholz of Circleville, and Derrick Buchholz of Bradenton, Florida; sister, Karen Brandel of Castalia; brother, Don Jipp of Sandusky; and numerous nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
Visitation for friends and family will be 10 a.m. Saturday, May 11, 2024, until the time of Theodore's memorial service at 11 a.m. at Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1607 E. Perkins Ave., Sandusky, with Pastor Wally Gilbert presiding. Burial will follow at Oakland Cemetery.
