Theresa Mosser was a loving wife, mother, sister, and friend. She passed away peacefully and surrounded by loved ones Monday, Nov. 7, 2022, at the age of 68.

She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Doug; and two children, Paul and Joe.

Theresa grew up in Springfield, Illinois, the oldest of eight siblings. She earned her Bachelor of Arts at St. Mary's College and her Masters in Social Work at Southern Illinois University. Theresa spent her career as a dedicated social worker at Lambs Farm. She loved helping those in need. Her kindness and generosity knew no bounds and brought joy to all. Her irreplaceable spirit will live on in friends and family as they will forever cherish every ordinary and extraordinary moment spent with her.

Visitation was Friday, Nov. 11, 2022, at Kelley and Spalding Funeral Home, 1787 Deerfield Road, Highland Park, Illinois, 60035. Theresa's funeral will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 12, 2022, at Holy Cross Church, 724 Elder Lane, Deerfield, Illinois, 60015. There will be visitation before the funeral from 9-10 a.m.
