Thomas J. "Tom" Ewart Jr., 68, of Huron, passed away Sunday, Nov. 19, 2023, at home surrounded by family.
Tom was born April 27, 1955, in Kearny, New Jersey, to Thomas Sr. and June (Adamson) Ewart. For many years, Tom owned and operated The Sandbar in Huron. He also worked at Armstrong Air Conditioning and was later a driver for Dial-A-Ride. Tom was an avid golfer and member of St. Peter Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus.
Tom is survived by his wife, Mary (Reno) Ewart; daughter, Abigail (Kevin) Lang; grandson, Elliot Lang; and sister, Ellen Ewart.
He was preceded in death by his son, Michael Ewart; and parents.
Visitation for family and friends will be 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. Monday, Nov. 27, 2023, at Foster Funeral Home & Crematory, 410 Main St., Huron, Ohio, 44839.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Dial-A-Ride at Huron Community Services, Inc., 423 Ohio St., Huron 44839.
Foster Funeral Home & Crematory, Huron, is assisting family.
