Vicki Ann Wallington (Amstutz, Murphy, Irons), 77, of Clyde, passed away Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at Bellevue Care Center. She was born March 22, 1948, in Bellevue, the daughter of Warren K. and Betty Lou (Karcher) Irons.
Vicki worked as a registered nurse for over 35 years in the Toledo area. She was a student at heart and always enjoyed learning new things. She loved to dance and spent her spare time as a ballroom dance instructor, and also enjoyed gardening and canning.
She is survived by her four sons, Douglas J. Amstutz, Thomas M. Amstutz, Steven R. Amstutz, and Matthew D. Wallington, all of Toledo; four grandchildren, Elijah Amstutz, Carter Amstutz, Christian Amstutz, and Avalynn Wallington; siblings, Linda Whitaker of Clyde, Patricia Caldwell of Fremont, Lawrence Irons of Sandusky, Kathleen Gross of Toledo, and Warren Irons Jr. of Kentucky.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
Friends will be received from noon until her funeral service at 2 p.m. Monday, November 17, 2025, at Foos & Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue. Burial will follow at York Chapel Cemetery.

Sending deepest sympathy to all the family. I got to know Vicki who sat in the cube next to me while working at Medical Mutual. She was always kind, friendly and was a woman of faith.

Vicki was a very special friend of mine. I met Vicki in 2000 in Toledo Ohio and have been friends ever since. Vicki always talked of her 4 sons and her love for them and of her grandchildren, Vicki was so proud of her family.
Vicki loves the Lord Jesus Christ with all of her heart, and is now with Jesus in heaven . I am truly blessed to have had her as a friend. She made the world a better place.

Vicki was a special friend of mine I met her in Toledo Ohio in 2000. She always talked of her 4 sons and the love she had for them and believed the best for each one, as well of her grandchildren. I am without words to describe Vicki . She and I met at Medical Mutual and remained friends. She was a mentor ..listener.
Helping hand..etc.etc..I feel a great loss.. not calling ..hearing her laugh. Fly high Vicki.God is waiting..He's ready to give you His love which you shared with others..till we meet again..
