Virginia "Ginny" T. Berlin, 81, of Huron, passed away peacefully at home Wednesday, May 8, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. She was born Jan. 29, 1943, in Bridgeport, Connecticut, to the late Fred and Angie (Sottovia) Riccadonnna.

Ginny spent 10 years working for Dr. Charles Everett and then dedicated 15 years of her life working at Parschauer Eye Center where she contributed her talents to office work until her retirement in 2012.

A devout Catholic, Ginny was a lifelong member of St. Peter Catholic Church. She was an active member of the Huron Eagles Ladies Auxiliary and had a passion for playing Euchre.

Ginny is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, James Berlin; her sons, Paul (Tracy) Berlin and Kenneth (Andrea) Berlin; her sister, Terri Riccadonna; and her brother, Bill (Diana) Riccadonna. Grandchildren Megan (Foss) Klug, Gregory Jeffrey, Dominic Berlin, Savannah Berlin and 10 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her son, Richard Berlin, and granddaughter, Ryan Foss.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during visitation 4-6 p.m. Monday, May 13, 2024, at Foster Funeral Home & Crematory, 410 Main St., Huron 44839.

A Mass in celebration of Ginny's life will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 14, 2024, at St. Peter's Catholic Church, 430 Main St., Huron. Burial will follow at Scott Cemetery, Huron Avery Rd. A reception celebrating her life will be at 1 p.m. at Huron Eagles Club, following the burial.

Memorial contributions may be made to Stein Hospice or Huron Eagles Ladies Auxiliary.

Ginny's warmth, kindness, and love will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
