Christopher C. Sprankel, 57, of Berlin Heights, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2023, at home.
Christopher was born Sept. 21, 1965, in Sandusky, to Robert and Marcella (Janka) Sprankel.
He was a 1983 graduate of Edison High School and EHOVE. Chris loved his family, friends, farming, and John Deere tractors. He was a member of Power Association of Sandusky and Heritage Society of Erie County.
He is survived by his mother; and brothers, Dale (Patricia) Sprankel and Joe (Brenda) Sprankel.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Burial will be 11:15 a.m. Monday, Jan. 30, 2023, at Peaks Cemetery, 7816 Darrow Rd., Huron, Ohio, 44839.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contribution may be made to Stein Hospice, 1200 Sycamore Line, Sandusky, Ohio, 44870, or Cancer Services, 505 E. Perkins Ave., Sandusky, Ohio, 44870.
Foster Funeral Home & Crematory, Huron, is assisting family.

So sorry about the loss . I always enjoyed the conversations with Chris at the farm. He really enjoyed getting the Old John Deere fired up. He will be missed.
