Donald S. Lucal, 61, of Willard, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2022, at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo.

He was born Feb. 12, 1961, in Sandusky, to the late Henry and Mary (Martin) Lucal. He served in U.S. Army. He spent most of his working life as a truck driver. He was an avid Cleveland sports fan, the Cavs, Guardians, and most notable, his Cleveland Browns. He took great pride in his muscle cars, enjoyed watching war movies, and considered himself a Star Trek Trekkie. He loved his eight "grand kitties." Most of all, he was very proud of his daughter, Marissa.

He is survived by his daughter, Marissa Fussell of Willard; siblings, Anna (Dick) Weisenberger of Norwalk and Rich (Donna) Lucal of West Chester, Ohio; and sisters-in-law, Val Lucal of Norwalk and Deborah Lucal of Norwalk.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Raymond Lucal and David Lucal; and nephews, Nathan Lucal and Matthew Lucal.

Friends may call 10-11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2022, at Evans Funeral Home, 314 E. Main Street, Norwalk. A graveside service will follow at 12 p.m. at Collins Cemetery with military honors.
