Gloria Jean (Hottinger) Hartman, 83, was born October 21, 1942, and passed away Friday, February 6, 2026. Gloria died peacefully at her home at The Village on the Park, Friendswood, Texas, after bravely enduring a long battle with Parkinson's disease and Dementia.

Gloria was the daughter of the late Alton Hottinger and Muriel "Peggy" (Bright) Werner. She was born in Sandusky, Ohio, and graduated from Sandusky High School in the Class of 1960.

She was a devoted wife to her husband, Paul, with whom she shared 59 years of marriage and was also the proud mother of their daughter, Kimberly.

Gloria enjoyed a successful career in insurance admin-istration, beginning her professional journey in Sandusky. She later retired as Branch Operations Manager for the Syracuse, New York, branch of CGU Insurance Co.

Outside of her professional life, Gloria was known for her many talents and hobbies. She was a skilled cook and cake decorator, and also enjoyed painting, bowling, and golfing.

Gloria and Paul's life together took them to various locations, including Sandusky, Houston, Texas; Monroe, Connecticut; Manlius, New York; New Bern, North Carolina; Clermont, Florida; and Friendswood, Texas. Gloria cherished each place and the friendships formed along the way.

Gloria is survived by her loving husband, Paul J. Hartman Jr. and her daughter, Kimberly Ann Hartman.
