Marcia L. (Fenton) Rotsinger, 84, of Sandusky, passed away peacefully early Tuesday evening, August 5, 2025, at home with her family at her side after a brief illness.

She was born December 31, 1940, in Sandusky, the daughter of Maurice Parker and Louise Elizabeth (Bickley) Fenton Sr. She was a 1958 graduate of Sandusky High School. Marcia had worked for 30 years for Erie County Common Pleas Court and previously for Probate Court as a Court Reporter, before retiring in 1988. After retiring, she continued her own transcribing business for several years, including some high-profile national court cases.

She will be remembered by her family for her love of attending all the grandchildren's activities and events. Whether it was a golf outing or a cheerleading event, she was always there. Marcia was a member of Emmanuel United Church of Christ.

She is survived by her son, Timothy (Janet) Rotsinger of Castalia; her grandchildren, Chace and Leighann Rotsinger; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Marcia was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 48 years, Donald P. Rotsinger October 17, 2011; a sister, Judith Aust; and two brothers, John S. "Tater" and Maurice P. Fenton Jr.

Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Sunday, August 10, 2025, at David F. Koch Funeral and Cremation Services, 520 Columbus Avenue, Sandusky. Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. Monday morning, August 11, 2025, at the funeral home, with the Rev. John P. McClain officiating. Burial will be at Meadow Green Memorial Park, Huron, Ohio.
