Michael J. Kollman, 55 of Fremont passed away Thursday, January 16, 2025. He was born to John and Gloria (Killen) Kollman.
Michael attended Fremont Ross High School, and worked for J.H Routh Packing as a supervisor for over 27 years.
He cherished every minute spent with his granddaughters and family, and found great joy in coaching basketball for his son Dakota. He liked playing video games and cooking in his spare time. Michael was an avid Michigan Wolverines, Pittsburgh Steelers, and North Carolina basketball fan; but nothing beat his love of Fremont Raceway when he cheered on his favorite driver, John Ivy.
Left to cherish his memory is his daughter, Alisha Kollman of Fremont; grandchildren, Ryleigh, Alivia, Kendall, and Hayzel; father, John; siblings, Angela (Randy) Sherman of Fremont, Amy Kollman of Fostoria, Jason Kollman of Toledo, and Nikki Kollman-Baker of Fremont; previous spouse, Tonya Hunter; 16 nieces and nephews; and 13 great nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Gloria; sons, Dakota Kollman and Kyle Humphreys; as well as grandparents, Richard Phillip and Betty Kollman, and Gwin (Kincaid) Chandler.
Visitation for Michael will be from 10 a.m. until the time of Funeral Service at 12 p.m. Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at Herman-Karlovetz Funeral Home & Crematory, Fremont Burial will follow at McPherson Cemetery, Clyde.
Donations in Michael's name may be made to the family, via a memorial fund with Croghan Colonial Bank.
