Ronalyn Sue "Roni" Buder Lazzara, 60, of Sandusky, was greeted with open arms by the Lord on the stairway to Heaven, Tuesday, Nov. 29, 2022.
She was born Dec. 8, 1961, in Sandusky, and was a graduate of Sandusky High School.
Roni worked in food service and nursing homes for many years and worked at Ventra for seven years, leaving on disability.
She is survived by her husband, Carl "Butch" Lazzara; daughter, Erin (Hassan Moore) Buder; three grandchildren, Addison, McKenzi, and Justin Johnson; four sisters, Sheila (Thomas) Behnke, Julie (John) Jesse-Watson, Robin (Ray) Hall, and Jacqueline (Fred Chavarria) Conley; and many other family members. She loved her dogs and cats, especially Piper.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jimmy and Barbara (Fortner) Jessee Sr.; and brother, Jimmy J. Jessee Jr.
Per her wishes, there will be no services and cremation will take place at Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, Sandusky Chapel, 2001 Columbus Ave.
