Sean Matthew "Trap" McNutt Sr., 46, of Sandusky, passed away Thursday, May 30, 2024, at Cleveland Metrohealth following a lengthy illness.
He was born Sept. 7, 1977, in Sandusky, to Tami McNutt, who preceded him in death. Sean was a student of life and took pride in first obtaining his GED and then obtaining his Master's Degree in business. He was a true friend to all who knew him, always putting others above himself. He enjoyed listing to music, spending time looking at the lake, playing chess, and spending time with his family and friends. He loved getting tattoos. He relished the feeling and the process of making beautiful work out of reflections of his life.
Trap is survived by his children, Kayla M. McNutt and Sean M. McNutt Jr.; special grandson, Jaxton; companion, Jessica Perkins; friend and brother in life, Dave Barnhardt; uncle, Dion McNutt; other relatives and close friends.
Visitation for friends will be 2 p.m. Friday, June 7, 2024, until the time of Traps'f service at 4 p.m. at Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky, Ohio, 44870, with Pastor Ken Hiser officiating.
