Marjorie H. Loroff, 101, of Castalia, passed away Monday, May 1, 2023, at Willows at Bellevue following a brief illness.

She was born July 19, 1921, in Bloomingville, to Lloyd and Helen (Burkin) Eisenhauer. She graduated from Margaretta High School in 1939 and was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Castalia. Marjorie was the office manager for JC Penny Co. for 40 years, retiring in 1985. She married Henry Loroff on March 6, 1943, and celebrated 69 years of marriage before his passing in 2012.

She is survived by many nieces and nephews; and sister in-law, Margaret Loroff.

Marjorie was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Loroff; parents; sister, Jeanette Meyer and her husband Donald; brother, Howard Eisenhauer and his wife Annie; niece, Sheryl Kluding; and nephew, Gary Meyer.

Visitation will be 10 a.m. Friday, May 5, 2023, until the time of Marjorie's service at 11 a.m. at Grace Lutheran Church, 203 S. Washington St., Castalia. The Rev. Kathleen Suggitt will officiate. Burial will be at Castalia Cemetery.

Ransom Funeral & Cremation Service, Castalia, is in charge of arrangements.
