My dear sister from the Lord gave joy love happiness to all that knew her.

Though we only spoke a few times via telephone, she was always upbeat, positive, direct and a bit sassy/funny. She was truly a gem! We hosted virtual grief sessions for coworkers today to remember/share, and I cannot convey what a monumental positive affect she had on her work "family". Lifting up her family in prayer; stand strong in your faith - you will be together again.

I met Cheri while employed at OhioMeansJobs Cleveland-Cuyahoga County. She would visit the third floor faithfully to check up on the City employee. Cheri had a gentle spirit and concern for other´s. You will be missed..

I remember Cheri from going to school with her. Precious memories from graduation day. It was kinda cold and I had to make her take my jacket. lol. Prayers to the family!

So sorry to hear of your loss your family will be in my prayers. I will always remember the duet that Cheri and Mickey sang "God Is" when we were all in the Inspirational Chior at St. Stephen´s AME Church. I hope the words of that song will comfort you in this time of grief

Cheri was very supportive to the entire staff at OMJCC and always assisted others with kindness and compassion. I am saddened by the loss, but grateful to have worked with such a kind professional person as she was.

I am so sorry for Cheri's family and other friends. I always loved working with Cheri; she had the same smarty pants attitude about things as I did. She always looked beautiful, dressed to the nines, and had a strut to her walk that displayed her confidence. I hadn't seen her for several years, but we did chat here and there online. I wish I would have reached out over the last year. Prayers to all.

Cheri was a co-worker of mine at Ohio Means Jobs Cuyahoga. She was dedicated to assisting individuals with job assistance and providing supportive services. She was well liked and her smile brightened up every room. My sincere condolences to the family on your loss!

I worked in the same building with Cheri and have missed her ever present sassiness and good sense of humor. She is definitely someone who will be remembered fondly and I hope her family knows she was well liked by her colleagues. May she rest in peace.

I worked with Cheri a few years ago and will miss her smile and the way she didn't pull punches. You always knew how she felt and where you stood with her. Such a bright star gone too soon. Until we meet again, Cheri...
