Michael Swanson, 72, of Sandusky, passed away Thursday, Feb. 9, 2023, at home after a lengthy illness.
He was born Feb. 26, 1950, in Alameda, California.
Michael graduated from Sandusky High School. He was employed as a projectionist for many years, working at various cinemas.
Michael is survived by his wife, Lorene (Atkins) Swanson; son, Michael J. Swanson of Sandusky; daughter, Amanda K. Swanson of Sandusky; and other loving relatives.
Michael was preceded in death by his mother, Senora Swanson; son, Shannon Swanson; and daughter, Ari Swanson.
At Michael's request, cremation will take place.
Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, 2001 Columbus Ave., Sandusky, is handling arrangements.
